Service Description

In the Heart & Soul Art Journaling sessions you'll create an individual page about any topic of your choice using simple collage and mixed media. This program is designed to be an ongoing wellness practice. Attend as many sessions as you like. Those who attend multiple sessions will have the opportunity to bind their pages together to create a complete journal at the end of the year. This is a great opportunity to relax, develop your creative voice, and express anything that needs to be expressed in a supportive environment.
